Bearcreek Farms in Bryant, Indiana was a destination for many for 38 years. It closed forever on October 26, 2013. This was a sad day for us all. I’m going to miss so many things about the farm including the best fried chicken in the world!

During the last year it was in operation so many people asked me “What will you do next?” and my answer was that I’d continue as I always did even while being at the farm with producing shows, presenting entertainment and singing when and wherever possible.

But when the farm did close I remember thinking “What will the people who no longer have Bearcreek Farms to visit do next?” The first thing I did was reach out to Carla at Bearcreek Farms to ask if there would be an opportunity for a person like myself to independently present concerts at the theater there. Sadly, that isn’t a possiblity.

So I searched for a location nearby where I could continue to present the same kind of entertainment and a buffet- with a lodging option.

Now, nothing can replace Bearcreek Farms- but I wanted a place where everyone who visited the farm could continue to gather for the same kind of entertainment, a nice meal and overnight lodging if it was needed.

Guess what?

I found such a place.

As this venture quickly came together I shared my plans with Carla at Bearcreek Farms. It was important to me in moving forward to have her blessing that I’m happy to say was given without hesitation which I am grateful for.

At that moment “Jamie Coyne’s Bearcreek Memories Dinner Theater” was born.

“Jamie Coyne’s Bearcreek Memories Dinner Theater” is located in Celina, OH – just 20 miles from the farm.
The address is: 3769 U.S. 127 – Celina, OH 45822.This is at Romer’s Catering and Entertainment’s “OVERDRIVE” location on US 127 heading south from Celina. You may remember this as the old “Carousel.”

And contrary to rumors – ROMERS HAS NOT been bought out by Bearcreek Farms. Bearcreek Farms is no longer in business. As the farm’s former entertainment and marketing director, this is an independent venture in cooperation with Romer’s and I’m happy to continue to present quality, family-friendly entertainment at this new location. For many in Ohio especially, this location will be closer for them!

The inside is really nice and newly updated with a nice stage and can accommodate up to 600 guests. I’ve posted a few photos on our Facebook page. We’re bringing you many familiar favorites and a delicious meal – just at a NEW location. The 2014 concert schedule is on sale now: All shows are at 2pm and 7:30pm. The meal features Fried Chicken, Roast Beef, Country Ham and “all the fixin’s” as they say. (subject to change)

The season runs on select days through December 16.

Please tell your friends and family about us. Feel free to forward this information and share any links as you wish. We ask for your support in this new, exciting venture.
